RECENT PROJECTS

As a Program Manager for Infineon Technologies/Micross, I was responsible for delivering MIL-PRF-38534 class K DC/DC Converter Hybrids to Northrop Grumman , Lockheed Martin, and JPL to name a few.

Performed as the Project Manager/Lead for SSL's Integrated Computer Unit (ICU).  The ICU, built by BAE Systems, consisted of:

• Single Board Computer (powered by the RAD750 Processor)

• Command and Telemetry Tray

• Bus Adapter Tray

• DC/DC Converter Tray

For all design updates to the ICU (and any other unit in the Bus Electronics department), I always followed the design and development process and created, updated and maintained project schedules using MS Project for that process.  I reported program status to immediate and executive management.  I also held weekly status meetings with lead engineers and other stakeholders to confirm that the realization of the schedule was on track.

Current Programs that I supported

Below are a few of the programs where I was the project manager/product lead for delivering Data Handling Subsystem (DHS) units to the spacecraft to meet the program's schedule.  As the DHS project manager/product lead, I interfaced with the customer for design reviews and MRB/FRB meetings. I also held weekly status meetings with lead engineers and contract manufacturers to discuss project status and resolve any non-conformances and schedule issues to ensure on-time deliveries of DHS hardware to these programs.
