WHO AM I

I am an experienced electrical engineer and organized, process-oriented project manager who is looking for a new challenge. I bring accountability, teamwork and flexibility to an engineering team in order to take projects from inception to qualification to production.

When not doing engineering, I enjoy woodworking and DIY projects. You can also find me at Roots as an assistant coach for the Muay Thai program and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

WHAT I DO

For almost 3 decades, I have been in the space industry. From data handling subsystem for satellites to Hybrid DC/DC converters used in satellites and space exploration. I have lead several hardware projects with the experience of developing design requirements, project planning and scheduling, and development flow and project lifecycle.

The greatest strength about being a project manager with an electrical engineering background is that not only I can handle the programmatics of a project, but I can also fully understand, participate and lead the technical aspects of those projects.

MY MISSION

My mission is to lead a multi-functional (matrixed) hardware design team with integrity, humility, honesty, respect, and perseverance. All principles and values that I live by having practiced martial arts for most of my life. From requirements development to production and interfacing with contract manufacturers to customer support, I have a vast knowledge of experience across the board developing hardware designs. I pride myself in following the design and development process, and strive to deliver reliable, quality products.
